District Race x MSIG Rewards
Terms and Conditions

• Complete any of the MSIG in-app challenges during the Race to unlock the MSIG Biodiversity Warrior badge, and be rewarded with promotional discounts off TravelEasy single trip plans, TravelEasy annual plans and ProtectionPlus plans. District Race will email the discounts and the promo code to the winners.
• The promo code is valid for online purchases of TravelEasy single trip or annual plan and ProtectionPlus plans. There are no discounts for any offline applications.
• Additional premiums may apply for changes made to the policy subsequent to policy issuance, provided a minimum of S$10 nett is charged. Where the change results in premium falling below the original charges when the policy was first issued, no refund of premium is granted.
• The promo code discount is not applicable on top of any other existing discounts, gifts, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges from MSIG.
• If you cancel your policy for any reason at all, MSIG reserves the right to retain a minimum premium of S$50 from the refund premium (if applicable) allowed under the policy. Cancellation refund, if any, is allowed if no claims have been made.
• MSIG may vary the terms and conditions of this Challenge without prior notice or withdraw or discontinue the Challenge at any time without any notice or liability to you.
• MSIG’s determination of all matters relating to this Challenge shall be final and conclusive and in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Challenge, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

PERSONAL DATA:

By participating in the District Race, you consent to your name and email address being used by MSIG for matters in connection with this Challenge; and agree to give photographs and interviews to MSIG for promotional and marketing purposes.
 
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:

MSIG is entitled to terminate or modify the Challenge or the rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modifications or termination.

By entering this Challenge, each participant agrees that MSIG and its affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Challenge and/or in relation to the Prize.

MSIG reserves the right to disqualify any winner on the grounds of inaccurate information, fake or multiple accounts, ineligibility to participate and/or breach of terms and conditions.  In such an event, MSIG may forfeit or re-claim the prize.

MSIG’s determination of all matters relating to this Challenge shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in the Challenge; you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
